As an authorized SiteWyze reseller, you will have access to a wide variety of promotional tools and resources including our knowledgable sales staff and experienced website developers.  You will be assigned one point of contact (your SiteWyze representative) to handle all your reseller questions and project requests.

 

As an authorized reseller it is very important to understand the following guidelines to avoid any miscommunication or misrepresentation when it comes to reselling our website products and services: 

 

RESELLER REPRESENTATION

Authorized resellers of SiteWyze are not representatives, partners, or in business with SiteWyze Solutions. Resellers are also not considered contract workers or employees of SiteWyze Solutions. Resellers are small business owners simply reselling our products and services to their clients through their own business identity and should conduct their communications and efforts as such.

ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

Authorized resellers of SiteWyze can promote the Instant Edit™ content management software in their marketing materials as an authorized reseller of this product.

Resellers cannot promote the product in any fashion that implies or states that they have developed the product in any way. Resellers cannot promote or mention SiteWyze or SiteWyze Solutions in their marketing efforts or campaigns. The only exception to this rule is if resellers choose to state that SiteWyze Solutions are the developers of the Instant Edit™ Content Management Software.

 

Any print or electronic marketing materials that mentioning Instant Edit™ and have not designed or provided by SiteWyze Solutions must first be authorized by a SiteWyze Solutions representative in writing to ensure the product is being properly represented by the reseller and follows our marketing material guidelines.

 

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

Although we promote complete transparency when is comes to our involvement with your client's projects, if you choose to have your clients communicate with us directly at any point, resellers will need to check with us first when and where this is appropriate and ensure such authorization is given in writing.

 

Resellers must agree not to send out or list any SiteWyze Solutions phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses unless direct communication has been agreed to by both parties in writing.

 

PRICING

Authorized resellers will be given a confidential price list of our website products and services.  Any redistribution or communication in any format of this pricing to anyone outside of reseller's own staff will be considered a serious breach of conduct and will result in the immediate removal of reseller status and further evaluation to such action.

 

Authorized resellers have the right to either use our suggest retail pricing for all website products and services we provide or they can choose to specify their own markup pricing level to their clients.

 

We recommend staying close to the suggested retail pricing in order to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace.

 

PAYMENT

Our payment terms are 50% down and 50% upon completion for all non-template website development.  Template sites require full payment up front as they are usuallly completed within 2 - 3 business days.  Once a reseller has established a working relatonship with SiteWyze, they can then have the option to fill out a credit application to apply for Net 30 terms.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

Resellers must conduct themselves with a high level of professional and ethical business practices.  Any breach of any of the guidelines, terms and conditions listed here can result in the immediate revocation of reseller status without notice and further evaluation as to the necessary response to any such breach.
